- How to place an order?
To place an order, please follow a few simple steps, you will need to:
- Browse the products in our store.
- Add the desired items to your shopping cart or basket.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information.
- Review your order and confirm that everything is correct.
- Submit your order
* Be sure to double-check all of your information before submitting your order.
Check the shipping and delivery timeframes to ensure that your order will arrive when you need it.
Make sure to keep your order confirmation email in case you need to reference it later.
2. How do I know if my order has been received and processed?
Once you have submitted your order, you should receive a confirmation email or message indicating that your order has been received. This confirmation should include information about the items you ordered, the total cost, and the expected delivery date.
If you do not receive a confirmation email or message, you should contact the us or website (please refer to the Contact us page) to ensure that your order was received and processed correctly.
3. What do I do if there’s a problem with my order?

We only accept payment channels supported in BillPliz at the moment. If you need help completing your order and arranging other payment methods, please reach out to our support team via our Contact Form
At Vanda, we understand that sometimes things don’t quite meet your expectations, and that’s why we’re here to help. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll either give you a full refund or exchange it for something else. Effective 1st January 2023 Vanda is extending their returns policy items provided that:
- Items is unworn, unaltered, unwashed with label still attached and in its original packaging
- If you have received defective or wrong items, let us know here for us to sort it out soonest for you
- Item is not from orders from promos or utilising non-returnable coupon codes

Please read the return and exchange policy. We’re all about providing you with top-notch products and services, but we know things don’t always go as planned. Unfortunately, we can’t do exchanges for color, size, or design preferences, or due to wrong purchases.
To make it clear, we can’t fulfill requests like “changed my mind,” “don’t like the design,” “size doesn’t fit,” “want a different size,” “wrong product/variant purchased,” or “need a different color.“
We get that sometimes you need to switch things up, and we’re here to help. Reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. We value your business and want you to have the best experience possible.
Once parcel has reached us, we take 1-3 working days to process your return (excluding Refund Processing Time).
All return & refund notifications shall be sent via E-mail.
Refunds via Original Payment Method will fall under Vanda’s discretion.
